Donate "Stuff"
Everything you see has been donated to us! Before you toss anything, ask yourself, “Could Upscale Rummage find a new home for this? Would someone else enjoy wearing, displaying, or using this? Most likely, YES! Give your cherished things another chance at life.
Good Condition = Dignified Experience
Please read the list of items we no longer accept. If you are donating items that you can deliver yourself; come to our main entrance during store hours, Tuesday through Saturday, from 10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. There are shopping carts in the lot for this purpose. Please let us know you’ve left your things and ask the cashier for a tax receipt. Please do not tie Hefty bags in knots so that we may reuse them.
Smaller items should be transported in boxes or bags—no need to wrap items individually.
Furniture Donation
If you have furniture you would like to donate to Upscale Rummage, they will need to be pre-approved. You can text photos to: 847-363-3964. Or click the link below to email them.
If a pickup is needed, we can provide one for a fee depending on number of items and where they are located.
Upholstered furniture must be free of stains without any rips or tears.
Financial Support
Paying rent is new for us since moving to this location. We had been blessed with donated spaces for most of our history. All monetary donations go towards rent, retail supplies and advertising. Donating to Upscale Rummage, as opposed to directly to our beneficiaries, keeps the mission alive of helping many more people in need, providing quality goods at reasonable prices and keeping millions of pounds of excess out of landfills.
